Privacy Policy
Pursuant to Regulation (EU) No. 679 of April 27, 2016, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter, the “Regulation”) and the Italian legislation on the processing of personal data applicable from time to time.
Notice is hereby given that the processing of personal data that may be provided when accessing or registering on the Site will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Regulations for purposes related to the services rendered to investors in the Reserved Area concerning investor relations or the possible transmission of newsletters offered by the website www.armoniasgr.it. The data will be processed exclusively for the aforementioned purposes, including through paper and/or electronic means. The data will be processed and used by Armònia, in compliance with the provisions of the Regulations and the Italian legislation applicable from time to time, for the time strictly necessary to provide the information and services requested. of the aforementioned Legislative Decree. 196/2003.

In the case of spontaneous sending of one’s curriculum vitae through the email address info@armoniasgr.it or armoniasgr@legalmail.it, the personal data contained in the curricula will be used solely for the purpose of evaluating the profile of the candidates and the selection of the same, in any case in compliance with the provisions of the Regulations and the Italian legislation applicable from time to time. In case of a negative outcome of the selection they will be deleted after seven days. Any sending of the data referred to in art. 9 of the Regulations – relating, in particular, to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, as well as genetic data, biometric data intended to uniquely identify a natural person, data relating to the health or sex life or sexual orientation of the person – entails the immediate deletion of such data in the absence of a written declaration of consent of the person concerned to their processing by SGR.
Pursuant to the Regulations, individuals to whom the data that will eventually be processed refer have the right to obtain access to their personal data and the following information at any time:
- the purposes of processing;
- the categories of personal data in question;
- The recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, particularly if recipients in third countries or international organizations;
- when possible, the intended retention period of personal data or, if not possible, the criteria used to determine this period;
- the existence of the data subject’s right to request from the data controller the rectification or erasure of personal data or the restriction of the processing of personal data concerning him or her or to object to their processing; 6) the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority to enforce his or her rights;
