The Group was born from the aggregation of three commercially and technologically complementary entities active in the cosmetic packaging sector:
- Induplast: founded in 1958 by Angelo Cortesi and Attilio Leidi, is an established manufacturer of plastic packaging for the cosmetics industry (sticks, roll-ons, etc.);
- Verve: founded in 1959 by the Versiglia family, the company is now one of Italy’s leading manufacturers of bottles, jars and vials for the cosmetics sector and able to offer a service ranging from design planning to in-house mold making and final decoration;
- Vexel: a company with a wide range of products including bottles, jars, airless dispensers and foamers mainly for the hairdressing and beauty specialist sector.
The Group has 3 plants in northern Italy (Varese, Bergamo and Parma) employing a total of c.a. 176 employees
