MALFEASANCE REPORTING / WHISTLEBLOWING

In order to promote a culture based on ethics and transparency, Armònia has set up an information channel to report (even anonymously) any situations relevant to the law or internal regulations.

View in detail the Procedure Armònia has in the area of whistleblowing.

Online reporting via the following link: https://areariservata.mygovernance.it/#!/WB/harmony

The report must refer to non-compliance with the law or internal procedures and regulations, including the Code of Ethics and MOGC 231. Therefore, reports that deal with complaints, personal requests or, more generally, irrelevant circumstances may be disregarded.

Reports must be made in good faith, circumstantiated and based on precise and concordant facts, also in order not to dissipate the effectiveness of the tool made available to you. Anyone who makes malicious or grossly negligent reports that are later found to be unfounded may be subject to disciplinary sanctions.

For reports related to crimes under Leg. 231/2001, these may also be sent to the Supervisory Board at the following address: odv@armoniasgr.it
